Frontline Wellness Program

What can I expect?

You will be connected with a clinician from the Frontline Wellness Program. The Frontline Wellness Program provides healthcare, frontline, and first responders with free, confidential, and low-barrier access to brief counselling. The sessions are 50 minutes in length and take place over the telephone or virtually through the computer (whichever you prefer). Discussions often involve a wide variety of topics; from coping with workplace burnout and stress to managing emotions and conflict. Treatment modalities used include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Are evening appointments available?
